Most companies come to us with one problem. The phones are failing, an insurer has asked a question nobody can answer, or the person who handled the computers has left. We start there.
What tends to happen next is that the first piece of work turns up the second one. You cannot secure a network nobody has documented, and you cannot pass a compliance assessment on systems you have no record of. So the order matters, and we will tell you what we would do first and why.
