He co-founded Tech Dynamix in 2006, became its sole owner in 2020, and has built it on trust, authenticity, and long-term relationships. Jay believes IT should help a business grow instead of creating headaches, and he works closely with clients to make technology simple and reliable.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys aviation, traveling with his wife Kathryn, and spending time with their daughter. He is also active in local initiatives that support technology education and small business development.

With over 20 years in IT systems support and infrastructure design, Jay brings deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to every project. Before co-founding Tech Dynamix, he worked hands-on with complex networks and enterprise systems, gaining experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and ISP solutions.

Today he leads a team that delivers managed IT services, including network redundancy, security audits, and proactive monitoring. Jay's career focus has always been on reducing risk, improving efficiency, and creating scalable IT solutions that help businesses thrive across Northeast Ohio.

Chris calls Cleveland home, where he enjoys life with his wife Amy and their two cats, Shadow and Oreo. Outside of work, Chris values time with family, exploring local culture, and staying active in the community.

As a certified IT professional at Tech Dynamix, Jeff specializes in network infrastructure and Microsoft 365 for small and mid-sized businesses. Holding CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft MS-900, Jeff brings proven expertise in hardware troubleshooting, cloud services, and secure connectivity.

His hands-on approach keeps downtime low and performance high across client environments. At Tech Dynamix, Jeff focuses on proactive support by implementing best practices in endpoint security, system optimization, and disaster recovery planning. Whether deploying new systems or resolving complex issues, Jeff delivers solutions that keep organizations productive and protected.

Connor is passionate about hands-on problem solving and the hardware side of information technology, focusing on the technical challenges others often overlook. An Ohio IT professional, he enjoys diagnosing obscure issues, rebuilding systems, and restoring older machines. Connor balances technical curiosity with discipline, spending time at the gym to offset the sedentary nature of IT support work.

With over five years of hands-on IT experience and a healthcare background, he brings a detail-oriented, security-focused approach to supporting client environments. He holds an associate degree in Networking Software, graduating cum laude, and is working toward further certifications.

Connor specializes in hardware diagnostics, computer repair, and IT troubleshooting, with experience supporting legacy systems, rebuilding desktops, and deploying secure remote access.
