Monitoring and Maintenance
Most outages announce themselves days in advance. A disk filling up, a failing drive, a service quietly restarting every night. Somebody has to be watching.
We monitor your servers, workstations, and network equipment continuously and act on what it tells us. A disk approaching capacity is a scheduled job. The same disk full at 9 a.m. on a Monday is your whole morning.
Patching runs on an agreed schedule rather than whenever a vendor decides. That matters most where it is least convenient: a machine controlling equipment cannot reboot mid-shift, and we design around that instead of pretending it does not apply to you.
You get a plain summary of what was done and what it found. Not a wall of graphs, and not a report nobody reads.
What this covers
- Continuous monitoring of servers, workstations, and network equipment.
- Operating system and application patching on an agreed schedule.
- Disk, memory, and service health checks, with action taken rather than logged.
- Firmware and driver currency on the equipment that matters.
- A monthly summary written in language you can act on.
In their words
The up-time of our network and servers is critical to our day-to-day operations. Tech Dynamix has been an intricate piece of our business by providing us with prompt and reliable services. Tech Dynamix can always be counted on to be there when we need them.
Common questions
Will patching interrupt our work?
It is scheduled around your operation, and the disruptive parts land outside working hours. Where a machine genuinely cannot be restarted on a normal cycle, we say so and plan a different approach rather than forcing it.
Do you monitor equipment we already own?
Yes, where it supports it. Some older equipment reports nothing useful, and we will tell you which of yours falls into that category rather than implying it is covered.
