Corsair Ventures LLC dba Tech Dynamix operates TechDynamix.com. This policy explains what the website collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information, and only two.

What you send us. When you complete a form on this site, we receive what you typed into it: your name, your email address, and whichever of your phone number, company name, company size, service interest, and timeline you chose to give us. If you apply for a job, we also receive your resume and anything you write in your cover letter.

What your browser reports. If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, roughly where you are, and how you arrived. It sets cookies in your browser. We use it to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you.

What you send to a company whose service we embed. Three parts of this site are built by other companies and load from their systems rather than ours. They are named below, because a policy that says "third parties" without saying who is not telling you anything.

The services we embed, by name

These are the only companies whose code runs on this website. Each one is listed with what it does here, what it can see, and where its own privacy policy is, because what it does with your data is governed by that policy rather than by this one.

• Calendly provides the booking calendar on our Schedule a Call page and on our Contact page. If you book a call, the name, email address, and anything else you type into the calendar go to Calendly as well as to us. The calendar is not loaded at all until you scroll to it, so on a visit where you never reach it, nothing is requested from them. See Calendly's privacy notice.
• Trustindex provides the reviews panel on our home page, which displays our public Google reviews. It loads when the home page loads. See Trustindex's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics tells us which pages are read and which links are used. It is only present when we have it configured, and it is described above. See Google's privacy policy.

Simply opening a page that carries one of these lets that company see that your browser asked their servers for something, which includes your IP address, in the same way that visiting any website does. We do not send them anything about you ourselves.

Two things this site deliberately does not do. The fonts and the icons are served from this website rather than from a font service, so reading a page here does not report you to one. And there is no advertising network, no tracking pixel, and no social media widget anywhere on the site.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply to you, and to do the work if you become a client. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the business, such as our email provider, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

We keep inquiries for as long as they are commercially useful, and job applications for as long as the role is open plus a reasonable period after.

Cookies

This website sets a session cookie when you submit a form, which exists to protect that form against cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser. It also remembers that you have seen the cookie notice, so that it is not shown to you on every page.

Any other cookies come from the three companies named above: Google Analytics, Calendly on the booking and contact pages, and Trustindex on the home page.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@TechDynamix.com and we will deal with it.

You can block cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Children

This is a website for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
