IT Assessments
Advice given without looking is guesswork with an invoice attached. An assessment is the looking.
We document the systems, the licenses, the contracts, and the dependencies, including the ones nobody wrote down. Most businesses this size have at least one thing running on hardware or a service nobody has thought about in years.
We look for the single points of failure, the spend that is no longer buying anything, and the gaps a cyber insurer or an auditor is likely to ask about.
What you get is a document rather than a sales meeting. It is useful even if you do nothing else with us, and it stays useful because it becomes the thing every later decision gets made against.
What this covers
- An inventory of systems, licenses, contracts, and renewal dates.
- Single points of failure, named and ranked.
- Total technology spend across every vendor, in one figure.
- Gaps an insurer or an auditor would ask about.
- A written report you keep, in language you can act on.
Common questions
Will this disrupt our staff?
Barely. Most of it is reading configurations, contracts, and documentation, plus short conversations with the people who use the systems daily. Those conversations usually surface the things no configuration shows.
Do we get the report even if we go elsewhere?
Yes. You paid for it and it is about your business. Handing it over only if somebody signs would make it a sales document rather than an assessment.
