Starting with one IT service
Most businesses call Tech Dynamix about one specific problem, like a cyber insurance questionnaire nobody can answer or the person who handled the computers giving notice. That's where we start.
In our experience, the first piece of work usually turns up the second. You can't secure a network nobody has documented, and you can't pass a compliance assessment on systems with no records. One local government client learned during onboarding that its firewall had never been plugged in. So the order matters, and we'll tell you what we would do first and why.
If you already have an in-house IT person or another provider you're happy with, keep them. Co-managed IT services put our team behind yours for the parts you want help with, such as after-hours cover or a project your staff don't have time for.
