Your existing numbers move with you. Porting is the step that worries people most and it is routine work: it needs planning and a firm date, and we manage that with the carrier rather than leaving it with you.

Will we keep our numbers?
Yes. Porting them is a standard part of the project, planned around a firm date and managed with the carrier.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls can fail over to mobile numbers automatically, so the phones do not simply stop. Where the operation justifies it we also install a second connection, and we will talk through whether that is worth it for you rather than including it by default.
