Engineering
Systems Engineer
You handle the work the service desk can't finish and own the projects that move a client to the infrastructure it should have. You're the escalation point and technical owner, with no layer above you correcting things afterward.

Infrastructure and Security Architect
You design the infrastructure we build for clients and run the security assessments that keep them out of trouble. You also earn a seat in the room when a business owner decides what the next two years of their technology look like.

Field Services
Cable Installation Technician
This is an entry-level cabling role for someone who can already tone, test and terminate Cat6 and wants to learn the rest of the trade. You'll pull and terminate commercial cable alongside experienced technicians, with a path toward installer and certified technician.

Field Services
Copier and Printer Repair Technician
You repair and maintain client copiers, multifunction devices and printers, and get them back on the network when they stop printing or scanning. It's field work across our service area, and experience repairing office imaging equipment is required.

Network Installation and Physical Security Technician
You install client networks and physical security systems, mostly on live commercial construction sites. The work covers copper and fiber cabling as well as cameras and access control.

You build and maintain client websites and run their search optimization, and when client work is light you keep our own site and marketing moving. You'll work in existing themes and page builders, with no blank-canvas design and no code.

Business Development Representative
You fill our sales calendar with confirmed meetings between Tech Dynamix and Northeast Ohio businesses that fit our client profile, with a decision maker in the room. Someone else writes the proposals and closes the deals.

Service Delivery
Service Coordinator and Dispatcher
You own the flow of work through our service desk: triaging what comes in, assigning it to the right engineer, scheduling around client availability and drive time, and updating clients before they have to ask. It's a judgment role more than a technical one.

IT Support Intern
You'll sit with our Technical Support team and do real work from the first week, staging equipment and closing simple tickets while you find out whether IT is your career. No professional experience is required, but you need to show us you're already the person who fixes things.

IT Support Technician I
You're the first person a client reaches when their technology stops working. Most of the work is Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 support, plus setting up equipment and getting it working, with regular travel to client sites. It's a Tier 1 role with a Technician II and engineers above you and company-paid certifications.

A wide range of work
At a small company, nobody does only one thing. One day you're working on a firewall configuration, and the next you're helping a client who can't print. The services we provide show the full range. If you want to specialize in one narrow area, Tech Dynamix isn't the right fit.
Documentation on every job
We document our work so the company never depends on whoever happens to remember how something was set up. If writing things down feels like a chore, this won't be a fit. Anyone who has inherited an undocumented network already knows why we insist on it.
Working directly with clients
No account manager sits between you and the client. You explain things to business owners in plain language and take ownership of what you told them. Meet the team you'd be working with.
Training and certifications
Tech Dynamix pays for certifications and makes time in the schedule to study for them. We want to develop good people and keep them, instead of replacing someone every 18 months. The certifications Tech Dynamix holds as a company are on our partners and certifications page.
What we offer
Employee Benefits
Health insurance
A group medical plan, with the company paying 50 percent of your premium. Dependents can be added at group rates.
Direct Primary Care
On top of the plan, the company pays for a membership with a primary care practice. Routine care means calling your doctor, not starting a claim.
401(k) matching
The company matches the first 3 percent of your pay dollar for dollar, then half of the next 2 percent. Put in 5 percent and the company puts in 4.
Paid time off
PTO accrues every pay period, and the rate grows with your length of service. Up to 80 hours carries into the next year.
Ten paid holidays
Six company holidays, plus four floating days a year that you choose and your supervisor schedules.
Paid weekly
Payday is every Friday, by direct deposit, for the week before. Most of this industry pays twice a month.
A schedule with some give
Eight hours inside an 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. window with a full hour for lunch. Eight to five and nine to six are both normal, and other shifts get approved.
Training and certification
Certifications paid for and time made for them, plus leadership tracks and internships.
Bereavement leave
Three paid days for an immediate family member, and one paid day for an extended family member, somebody you were close to, or a pet.
Mileage and expenses
Approved travel is reimbursed on a submitted log, and business expenses on itemized receipts. Your commute is not travel, and nobody pretends otherwise.
Donation matching
Give to a cause you care about and the company gives alongside you. What you support is yours to choose.
Referral program
Rewards for referrals, for everybody on the payroll rather than only the people in sales.
