Work Somewhere People Know Your Name
We are small on purpose. You will work on more of the business, own more of what you build, and your work will be visible. If that is the kind of place you have been looking for, keep reading.
Open roles
Engineering
Systems Engineer
The work the service desk cannot finish, and the projects that move a client from the infrastructure they have to the infrastructure they should have. Escalation point and technical owner, with no layer above you quietly correcting things afterwards.
3 to 5 years Painesville or Hudson
Engineering
Infrastructure and Security Architect
Designs what gets built, runs the security work that keeps clients out of trouble, and earns a seat in the room when a business owner decides what the next two years of their technology look like.
6 to 9 years Painesville or Hudson
Field Services
Cable Installation Technician
The start of the trade, but not the start from zero: you can already tone, test, and terminate Cat6, and you want to learn the rest. Pull and terminate commercial cable alongside experienced technicians, on a real path from cabler to installer to certified technician.
1 to 2 years Painesville or Hudson
Field Services
Copier and Printer Repair Technician
You keep client copiers, multifunction devices, and printers running: diagnosing them, repairing them, maintaining them on schedule, and getting them printing and scanning on the network again. Field work across the service area, with the parts, the ticketing, and the follow-through handled properly. Experience repairing office imaging equipment is required.
3 to 5 years Painesville or Hudson
Field Services
Network Installation and Physical Security Technician
Networks built rather than repaired, cameras that see what they were bought to see, and doors that open for the right people and nobody else. Commercial cabling, fiber, video, and access control, mostly on live construction sites. Salaried, with real paid overtime.
3 to 5 years Painesville or Hudson
Marketing and Web
Web and SEO Specialist
Two audiences: our clients, and ourselves. You build and maintain client websites and run their search optimization, then keep our own site and marketing moving when the client pipeline is quiet. Themes and page builders rather than blank canvas design, and no code.
1 to 2 years Painesville, Hudson, or Hybrid
Sales and Marketing
Business Development Representative
The job is to fill our sales calendar with the right conversations: confirmed meetings with Northeast Ohio businesses that fit our client profile, with a decision maker in the room. You are not asked to write proposals or close deals. The pay is a base salary plus a bonus on every qualified meeting, with more when a meeting becomes an opportunity and when a deal you sourced closes.
3 to 5 years Painesville or Hudson
Service Delivery
Service Coordinator and Dispatcher
Owns the flow of work through the service desk. Triage what comes in, put it with the right engineer, schedule around client availability and drive time, and tell people where things stand before they have to ask. A judgment job rather than a technical one.
1 to 2 years Painesville
Technical Support
IT Support Intern
The front door into IT work. You sit with our Technical Support team, do real work from the first week (staging equipment, closing simple tickets, learning the trade), and find out whether this is your career while being paid by the hour. No professional experience required, but you do need to show us you are already the person who fixes things. Part-time around classes or full-time in the summer.
Internship Painesville or Hudson
Technical Support
IT Support Technician I
The first person a client reaches when their technology stops working. Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, and getting equipment out the door and working, with regular travel to client sites. Tier 1, with a Technician II and engineers above you and a certification budget behind you.
1 to 2 years Painesville or Hudson
Technical Support
IT Support Technician II
Where the harder tickets land, and where our next engineers come from. Tier 2 ownership, coaching the Technician I, and small projects delivered end to end, with an explicit path toward the engineering team.
3 to 5 years Painesville or Hudson
How we work
What it is actually like
You will touch everything
A small company means you are not the person who only does one thing. In a given week you might be deep in a firewall, on the phone with somebody who cannot print, and sitting in a planning meeting. If you want to specialize narrowly, this is the wrong place.
Documentation is not optional
We write things down. It is the difference between a company that scales and one that depends on whoever happens to remember. If writing things down feels like a chore rather than part of the job, this will not be a fit. But if you have ever inherited someone else's undocumented mess, you already know why we insist.
You talk to clients directly
There is no account manager translating for you. You explain things to business owners in plain language, and you own what you told them.
We would rather train than churn
Certifications get paid for and get time made for them. We would rather grow somebody good than replace somebody every 18 months.
Benefits
The practical stuff
Health insurance
A group medical plan, with the company paying 50 percent of your premium. Dependents can be added at group rates.
Direct Primary Care
On top of the plan, the company pays for a membership with a primary care practice. Routine care means calling your doctor, not starting a claim.
401(k) matching
The company matches the first 3 percent of your pay dollar for dollar, then half of the next 2 percent. Put in 5 percent and the company puts in 4.
Paid time off
PTO accrues every pay period, and the rate grows with your length of service. Up to 80 hours carries into the next year.
Ten paid holidays
Six company holidays, plus four floating days a year that you choose and your supervisor schedules.
Paid weekly
Payday is every Friday, by direct deposit, for the week before. Most of this industry pays twice a month.
A schedule with some give
Eight hours inside an 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. window with a full hour for lunch. Eight to five and nine to six are both normal, and other shifts get approved.
Training and certification
Certifications paid for and time made for them, plus leadership tracks and internships.
Bereavement leave
Three paid days for an immediate family member, and one paid day for an extended family member, somebody you were close to, or a pet.
Mileage and expenses
Approved travel is reimbursed on a submitted log, and business expenses on itemized receipts. Your commute is not travel, and nobody pretends otherwise.
Donation matching
Give to a cause you care about and the company gives alongside you. What you support is yours to choose.
Referral program
Rewards for referrals, for everybody on the payroll rather than only the people in sales.
Pay is discussed openly and early, because finding out late in a process that the numbers do not work wastes everybody's time. Ask in your first conversation and you will get a straight answer.
The donation matching connects to something the company already does. We support regional food banks, provide meals for local shelters, and give to nonprofits across Northeast Ohio. See what we support
