The larger saving usually comes from your licensing. Microsoft and most major vendors offer nonprofit grants and discounts that many organizations aren't claiming. We check that first, because it's often worth more than any discount on our fee.
We have almost no technology budget. Is this worth a conversation?
Yes, and we'll be straight with you about it. Sometimes you need a few specific things fixed and not a full agreement. We'd rather tell you that than sell you something you can't sustain.
Can you help with a grant application?
We can give you the technical detail and the costs, which is usually the part that holds up a submission. The application itself is yours, and you know your funders better than we do.
