Most of our clients are in Northeast Ohio, and so are our staff. Most work is handled remotely, and when a problem needs someone on site, a technician comes from our Lake County or Summit County office.
How We Cover Northeast Ohio
Remote support for most requests
Most of what we do never needs a visit. Monitoring, patching, backups and most service desk requests are handled remotely, which gets your staff working again sooner than waiting for someone to drive over.
Scheduled on-site visits
Installations, hardware failures, cabling work and wireless surveys need someone in the building. Those go on the schedule with a named technician from the office that covers your county.
Local carriers and building managers
Knowing the local circuit providers, and the building managers who control roof access, is a real part of getting a project finished. We handle that coordination for you as part of vendor management.
No head office in another state
Jay Baruffa co-founded Tech Dynamix in 2006 and has been the sole owner since 2020, so nobody elsewhere sets our priorities. The people who make decisions about your account are on our team page.

How far do you travel?
On-site work covers Northeast Ohio, and remote support reaches clients wherever they are. Most of the work is remote either way. Whether we can support you properly depends on how much hands-on work your business needs, so book a free 15-minute call and we'll give you a straight answer.
Do you have to come out to fix things?
Usually not. Most problems are fixed remotely, which is faster for you. Visits are for installations, hardware failures, cabling and surveys, or anything else that needs someone in the building.
Do you work with businesses outside the region?
Yes. Most of our clients are Northeast Ohio companies, and we also support businesses in Columbus, in Cincinnati and as far away as California, along with the out-of-state locations our regional clients run. Managed IT services work the same way wherever the office is.
