Most work never needs a visit
The majority of what we do is handled remotely, which is faster for you than waiting for a vehicle. Monitoring, patching, and the service desk do not require anybody to travel.
When it does, we come
Installations, hardware failures, surveys, and the work that genuinely needs hands go on the schedule with a person attached to them.
We know the local operators
Circuit providers, cabling contractors, and the building managers who control roof access. Knowing who to call is a real part of getting a project finished.
We are not a branch office
There is no head office in another state setting our priorities. Decisions about your account get made by people you can meet.

How far do you travel?
On-site work covers Northeast Ohio. Remote support goes wherever you are, and that is most of the work either way. If you are wondering whether we can cover you properly, ask us. The honest answer depends on how much hands-on work your operation needs rather than on distance alone.
Do you have to come out to fix things?
Usually not. Most issues are resolved remotely, and that is the faster outcome for you. On-site work is for installations, hardware, surveys, and anything that genuinely needs hands.
Do you work with businesses outside the region?
Yes. Most of our clients are Northeast Ohio companies, and we also support businesses in Columbus, in Cincinnati, and as far away as California, along with the out-of-state locations our regional clients run. A business does not stop being our client at a state line.
