Guest Wi-Fi
A guest network that can reach your file server is not a guest network. It is your network with a different password.
We separate visitor traffic from your business systems properly, so somebody in your waiting room has internet access and no route to anything of yours.
The same separation covers the devices you would rather not have on your main network at all: contractor laptops, personal phones, and the smart equipment that arrives in buildings now without anybody deciding it should.
It can carry your branding, and where you want it, a simple sign-in that gives you something useful rather than an open network anybody within range can use.

Common questions
Can guests print or reach a shared drive?
By default no, and that is the point. Where a specific case genuinely needs it, such as a boardroom display, we allow that one path deliberately rather than opening the whole network.
Do we need a sign-in page?
Not always. It is worth it if you want a record of use or a place to show terms. If you just want visitors online, a straightforward password is often the better experience.
