VoIP & Connectivity

Business Internet

When the phones and the connection come from two vendors, every problem begins with the two of them explaining it belongs to the other one.

We source and manage the circuit as well as the systems that run over it. When call quality is poor, that is our problem to solve rather than a conversation you have to referee.

We size the connection against what your business actually does on it, including the traffic that is invisible until it is not: backups, cloud applications, and video.

Where an operation cannot afford to be offline, a second connection from a different provider takes over automatically. That costs money, and we will be straight about whether your business needs it.

What this covers

  • Circuits sourced from the providers who actually serve your address.
  • Installation coordinated, including the parts that involve the building.
  • Monitoring, so we usually know about a problem before you call.
  • Backup connectivity where the operation justifies it.
  • One company accountable for the connection and what runs on it.

Common questions

Can you get service at a difficult address?

Sometimes. What is available at a given address is outside anybody's control, but knowing which providers actually serve an area, and what the realistic install timeline is, saves weeks. Tell us the address and we will find out.

Is a second connection worth it?

It depends entirely on what an hour offline costs you. For a warehouse running dispatch, it usually is. For a small office, often not. We will work through that with you rather than assuming.
