What we hold, what each one covers, and what it is honestly worth when you are choosing a provider.
Awards
Fast Track 50 Emerging Business Award 2025
Recognition among the fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio, in the Emerging Business category.
What it is worth: Growth is not a reason to hire a provider on its own. It is worth knowing because a shrinking provider is a real risk to you, and this is one of the few outside measures of the opposite.
Top 3 Computer Support, Lake County 2025
A top three placing for computer support in Lake County, from BusinessRate's 2025 assessment.
What it is worth: It is an outside read rather than our own, and it is local rather than national, which makes it the more useful of the two for a business here. We would still rather you spoke to a client doing work like yours, and we will put you in touch.
Certification and membership
CyberCert SMB1001 Bronze
Certification against SMB1001, a tiered cybersecurity standard written for small and mid-sized businesses. Bronze is the entry tier of that standard.
What it is worth: It covers the controls that stop the ordinary attacks: access control, managed antivirus, patching, and backup. We hold it because we ask clients to run these things, and being certified against them ourselves is the least we can do.
MSPAlliance
Member of the International Association of Cloud and Managed Service Providers.
What it is worth: It commits us to a published code of conduct for how managed services are delivered. That is a standard you can hold us to rather than a badge.
Vendor partnerships
Microsoft Partner
Partner status for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and the cloud services most of our clients run on.
What it is worth: Practically it gets us support escalation, licensing, and early sight of changes that are about to affect your tenant. That is the part that reaches you.
Dell Partner
Partner status for Dell business hardware: workstations, laptops, and the server and storage lines we specify for server rooms.
What it is worth: It gets us business channel pricing and the warranty path that goes with it, so a failed machine is replaced on a support contract rather than bought again at retail.
Lenovo Partner
Partner status for Lenovo business hardware, which is the other half of what we specify when we standardize a fleet.
What it is worth: Two hardware partners rather than one means we can put the right machine in front of you instead of the one we happen to have a relationship with.
Hardware is sourced through Dell and Lenovo and the distributors we work with, so a quote reflects real availability and real lead times rather than a list price.
Ask who holds it
Certifications sit with people as well as with companies. If one matters to the decision you are making, ask us who on the team holds it, how current it is, and when they last did the work. We will tell you specifically, and it is a fair question to put to anybody else you are considering.
Where we work
Microsoft
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and the cloud services most of our clients run their business on. Tenant configuration, migration, licensing, and backup.
Security vendors
Endpoint detection, email security, and the monitoring behind them. We name the specific products on a call rather than on a page, because the right one depends on what you already own.
Network and wireless
The switching, routing, firewall, and wireless platforms we design and support, chosen for your building and your equipment rather than for a partner tier.
Distribution
Hardware and licensing sourced through the distributors we work with, so a quote reflects real availability and real lead times.
Common questions
Which certifications do your staff hold?
The company credentials are on this page. For an individual certification, ask us about the one that matters to your decision and we will tell you who holds it and how current it is. You are welcome to verify any of it.
What does the CyberCert certification actually cover?
SMB1001 is a tiered cybersecurity standard for small and mid-sized businesses, and we hold the Bronze tier. It covers the controls that stop ordinary attacks: access control, managed antivirus, patching, and backup. It is a real standard with a real assessment behind it, and it is the entry tier rather than the top of the scale.
Are you a Microsoft partner?
Yes. Most of our clients run Microsoft 365, and partner status is how we get support escalation, licensing, and early sight of changes that affect them.
Do you resell hardware and licensing?
Yes, through Dell and Lenovo and the distributors we work with. You are welcome to buy elsewhere if you would rather. We will tell you what to buy either way, and we will tell you when the cheaper option is genuinely the same thing.
