Schedule a Free 15-Minute Consultation
Pick a time that suits you and we will call. Fifteen minutes, a real conversation about what is going on, and no pitch waiting at the end of it.
What happens on the call
Nothing to prepare and nothing to bring. Turn up as you are, with whatever is on your mind.
- You tell us what is going on. The thing that made you look for somebody, in your own words. It does not have to be organized and it does not have to be technical.
- We ask a few questions. Usually how many people you have, what you are running now, and who looks after it today. Three or four questions, not a discovery questionnaire.
- You get a straight read. What we would look at first, what that usually involves, and what we would leave well alone. You can act on it with us or without us.
If we are not right for you, we will tell you
It happens, and the call is the cheapest place for it to happen. We would rather spend fifteen minutes pointing you somewhere better than spend three months being the wrong answer.
- Fifteen minutes
- No obligation
- A person, not a call center

Questions people ask before booking
Is it really free?
Yes. It is a conversation, not a piece of consulting. Nobody is going to bill you for fifteen minutes on the phone, and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.
What if we already have an IT provider?
That is where most of these calls come from, and it is a normal thing to be looking at. We will not ask you to say anything unkind about them. Tell us what is not working, we will tell you what we would do differently, and you decide whether that is worth acting on.
Who will I be talking to?
Somebody who does this work and can answer for it, not a salesperson reading from a script. If we need to bring in the person who knows your particular situation best, we will say so and set that up.
What if fifteen minutes is not enough?
Then we book longer, and that is a good sign rather than a problem. Fifteen minutes is the size that fits into a working day, and it is usually enough to work out whether a longer conversation is worth anybody's time.
Can we meet in person instead?
Happily. We have offices in Lake and Summit counties and we are out with clients across the region most weeks. Book the call and say so on it, and we will arrange the visit from there.
What if you are not the right fit for us?
Then we will say so on the call, and where we can we will point you at somebody better suited. It costs you fifteen minutes to find that out here, rather than a month of finding it out the hard way.
Would rather write it down first?
Some things are easier to explain in writing, and some people would simply rather type than talk. Send it over and it reaches the same people.
