Security Awareness Training

Your staff are not the weak link. They are the part of your defense that has never been given anything useful to work with.

Training is short and regular rather than an annual video nobody remembers. A few minutes at a time, on the things people actually encounter, beats an hour once a year every time.

Simulated phishing shows where the real gaps are, and the point is to find out what needs explaining, not to catch anybody out. Somebody who clicks gets a short explanation of what to look for, not a note to their manager.

We report on how the organization is doing over time. That trend is what you want to show an insurer or a customer asking about your security posture.

What this covers

  • Short training modules, delivered on a regular cycle.
  • Simulated phishing built around what your staff genuinely receive.
  • Immediate, non-punitive coaching for anybody who clicks.
  • Reporting on how the organization is improving over time.
  • Guidance for the finance and executive roles that get targeted specifically.

Common questions

Will our staff resent this?

Not if it is done properly. Short, relevant, and never used to embarrass anybody. Where it goes wrong is when it is long, generic, or treated as a disciplinary tool, and we do not run it that way.

Does this satisfy our insurer?

Many cyber policies now ask specifically whether you run awareness training and can evidence it. This produces that evidence. Whether it satisfies your particular policy is a question for your broker, and we will give you what you need to answer them accurately.
