We have kept Northeast Ohio businesses running for two decades, and we are still the size where you deal with people who know your name.
Who we are
The long version
Tech Dynamix is a managed service provider based in Northeast Ohio. Roots back to 2006, running on the managed services model since 2010. We handle IT support, cybersecurity, backup, compliance, Microsoft 365 and cloud, networking, and consulting for small and mid-sized businesses: manufacturers, practices, firms, and nonprofits, most of them near our two Ohio offices and some as far away as California. We are owner-operated and deliberately independent, and we stay small enough that the people who set your systems up are the people who answer for them. Five words decide how we behave (Honest, Understanding, Methodical, Accountable, Neighborly), and the promise is the one on the front of the site: IT That's Refreshingly Human.
Our story
How we got here
Founded in 2006. What the company did changed several times; who it answers to did not.

2006
Founded
Tech Dynamix opened in Northeast Ohio doing break-fix support and small business networking. You called when something broke and we came and fixed it.

2010
From break-fix to managed
We moved to managed services, which meant being paid to stop problems rather than to attend them. That changes what a provider is rewarded for, and it is the model we have run on ever since.

2014
Consulting and infrastructure
The work grew past day-to-day support into consulting and larger infrastructure projects: network design, server rooms, and the planning that has to happen in front of both.

2020
Cloud and remote work
Every client needed their people working from somewhere else, quickly. Cloud migration and the security that has to travel with it stopped being a project line and became core work.

2025
Connectivity
VoIP and business internet brokered directly, so the phones and the circuit they depend on are one company's responsibility rather than two vendors pointing at each other. Network redundancy for the sites that cannot afford to be offline, and AI-driven tooling in the monitoring stack, put to the job it is genuinely good at: reading thousands of routine alerts so the few that matter reach a person sooner.

Where we live
Northeast Ohio is not a market to us
Our staff live here. Our children go to school here. The businesses we support are run by people we run into outside of work, which is a good reason to do the job properly and a bad reason to overpromise.
We believe success is measured not only by business growth but by the impact we make in the community around us. We support local initiatives and charitable organizations throughout Northeast Ohio.
