Common questions
Can our IT person lead it and use you for the work?
Yes, and that is a common arrangement. They hold the plan and the relationships, and we supply hands and the specialist pieces. The reverse also works. What matters is that one of the two is clearly holding it.
Do we have to be on a co-managed agreement?
No. Project work is quoted on its own, and plenty of teams start with a single project and decide afterwards whether ongoing cover is worth it.
