Managed IT Support
Service Desk and User Support
When something stops working, your staff care about one thing: who picks up the phone. They do not care which support tier they are in or which queue they landed in.
Your people contact us directly, through the client portal or the service desk, whichever suits them. There is no internal gatekeeper deciding whether a problem is worth passing on, and nobody on your team spends their afternoon rebuilding a laptop instead of doing the job you hired them for.
The person who answers has your documentation in front of them. They know what you run, how it is configured, and what depends on it, which is the difference between a fix and a diagnosis session at your expense.
Everything gets recorded against your account. Patterns show up that way: three calls about the same application in a month is a project waiting to be scoped, not three separate tickets.
What this covers
- Direct contact through the client portal or the service desk.
- Support for workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and the applications your business runs on.
- New starter setup and leaver offboarding, handled as a routine.
- Password and account problems, including the ones that arrive at the worst moment.
- Escalation to the engineers who built your environment, not to a stranger.
In their words
The up-time of our network and servers is critical to our day-to-day operations. Tech Dynamix has been an intricate piece of our business by providing us with prompt and reliable services. Tech Dynamix can always be counted on to be there when we need them.
Common questions
Do our staff contact you directly, or through us?
Directly, in almost every case. Routing everything through one person in your business recreates the bottleneck you hired us to remove. If you would rather filter requests, we can work that way too.
What is covered and what is billed separately?
Day-to-day support is part of the monthly agreement. Project work, hardware, and anything that changes the shape of your environment is quoted separately, so nothing appears on an invoice you did not agree to first.
Part of Managed IT Support
