Tech Dynamix turns twenty this year. What started in 2006 as a small IT support shop has grown into a full service technology partner for organizations across Northeast Ohio and beyond. It is a milestone for our team, our clients, and our community, and a good moment to set out what is coming next.
New capabilities in 2026
Our growth has let us broaden what we offer, so that more of a client's technology can sit with one partner. This year we are adding:
- Professional cable installation for structured networking
- Security and camera systems for safety and visibility
- Business-class VoIP for clear, reliable phones
- Further additions through the year
Each of these was added for the same reason: to help a business run with less friction. When the technology works, the people using it can get on with their jobs.
Something new every month
To mark our twentieth year, we will publish a feature every month through 2026, open to current clients and to anyone getting to know us. Expect service promotions, guides and resources, technology highlights, client appreciation, and early access to what is coming.
We will add a banner to the footer of our email that links straight to each month's update, so it is easy to find.
