About the Fast Track 50
The Lake-Geauga Fast Track 50 is an annual award that recognizes the fastest-growing companies in Lake and Geauga counties. The program began in 1993.
Honorees are divided into Established and Emerging categories so that companies are measured against others of similar size. Tech Dynamix placed in the top 5 of the Emerging category.
What the recognition reflects
The Fast Track 50 ranks companies on growth, and that growth depends on clients who stay.
Several clients who signed on in 2006, the company's first year, remain clients today.
The IT industry has trained people to expect hold music, runarounds, and chatbots. Tech Dynamix works the opposite way. Clients work with people who know their business and who explain technology in plain language.
Jay Baruffa, president of Tech Dynamix, credits the company's five core values for that record: honest, understanding, methodical, accountable, and neighborly.
