Tech Dynamix has been given the BusinessRate 2025 Award, which recognizes companies for customer service and weighs value and transparency alongside it.
What the award looks at
BusinessRate rates companies on the things a customer can judge from the outside, such as whether the pricing is clear and whether the service holds up. That makes it an outside read of our work, and in my experience an outside read catches things we would miss looking only at ourselves.
What it does not measure
I'll be plain about the limits. The award doesn't audit our technical work or our security practices. Talking to a client doing work like yours is still the best check you can make on any provider, and we will always help you make it. Treat the award as one data point among several.
What it means for clients
